Information We Collect
We collect account information, Tradie business information, verification data, payment-related records, profile content, photos, reviews, messages where available, usage and technical information, IP addresses, and reports submitted about listings.
How We Use It
We use this information to create and manage accounts, display Tradie profiles, verify ABNs and business identity, send SMS verification codes, manage subscriptions, enable Customers to contact Tradies, investigate reports, communicate service updates, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information where necessary for the platform to function, to service providers such as Stripe, Mobile Message, Vercel, Supabase, and ABR lookup services, and where required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Access, Correction, And Deletion
Users can download their account data from profile settings. Users can request account deletion, which scrubs personal profile fields while retaining the minimum records needed for disputes, fraud investigation, legal obligations, and tax record retention.
Retention
Financial, subscription, legal acceptance, verification, and audit records may be retained after profile deletion where required for Australian tax, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
